How would you feel hiking the trail with your children or your grandchildren? How would you feel, knowing you could keep your balance and have the strength and energy to finish an enjoyable walk or workout? Do you have a trip planned? My Functional Fitness for Seniors program will prepare you for all the necessary movements for a successful trip.

As a Functional Aging Specialist, I offer you the most innovative balance program in the industry. I will inspire you to improve, using balance, flexibility, and strength routines that enable you to feel fantastic!

My functional fitness for Seniors program includes pain assistance activities that will present easy movements to reduce stress and anxiety!

I'm a seventy-three-year-old Functional Aging Specialist. My athletic experience includes playing college football and running track against some of the fastest athletes in the country (Colorado Indoor Track and Field Invitational). I signed a professional football contract to play in the Canadian Football League, then tryouts with the New York Jets. This competitive experience and education have always been assets for me as a coach, trainer, and Functional Aging Specialist.

The intensity of what it was like to be a high-level athlete is unique. My degree in Psychology and Physical Education, and over ten years of coaching experience has been the foundation of my coaching services.


Life Coaching for Seniors

As you already know there are challenges to staying consistent. My clients and I have been challenged over the past eight years. For example, we start a program for different reasons, have great success, and then stop; or we start a meal plan with the program and then when it’s over go back to our old routines. 

This is very common!

We have had many successes and great stories, but what’s the point if we stop with many more years of life ahead of us? I wish for all of us to stay functional and be able to take care of ourselves and our loved ones for as long as possible. As a Functional Aging Specialist, my passion is to inspire you to develop a superior quality of life.

I’ve added Life Coaching to my program! This can be done online while you are at home at a convenient day and time. We focus on goal setting, visualization skills, and fundamental movements to help you maintain consistancy, achieving any conceivable goal you can imagine!

This is life-changing!


The Mind Movies Method

This coaching method that uses a Mind Movie that we create together. It’s like an online vision board that uses your personal affirmations. It enables you to visualize what your goal looks like. We clear away negative thoughts and behaviors and create new habits. 

Together we’ll develop a 90-day plan of Action!

I coach you through the whole method. We start with your most important goal.

A – What exactly do you want?

B – Why do you want this?

C- What are the challenges that are holding you back?

D – What would life be like after you reach this goal?

This process includes:

A - Developing good habits that serve you.

B - Eliminating bad habits that no longer serve you.

C - Develop Beliefs that will enable you to accomplish anything.

D - Eliminate Beliefs that hold you back!

There is extensive research supporting the success of this coaching process. The best results would be a program that would last 30 - 90 days, meeting twice a week for 50 - 90 minutes per session. This can include different aspects of your life, fitness, unique challenges, family, or work!
