For the past eight years, I’ve been dedicated to coaching older adults in areas like balance, strength, pain relief, weight loss, and life transformation. My approach goes beyond just fitness—it’s about mindset, belief systems, and building habits that last. I coach functional fitness for seniors, helping older adults move better, and live with greater independence and vitality.

With my background in professional sports, I understand the power of visualization, goal setting, and positive beliefs. Success isn’t just about working harder; it’s about working smarter. I help my clients break through mental barriers, recognize limiting beliefs, and develop the right mindset to stay consistent and see real results.

One of the biggest challenges in any program—whether it’s exercise, wellness, or weight loss—is consistency. We start strong and make progress, but then ‘life happens,’ and we slip back into old habits. This journey typically lasts 1-3 months, with weekly or bi-weekly sessions (each 60-90 minutes long). Our time together has great value — this is your space to grow, shift, and become who you’re meant to be.

The Mind Movies Method

This coaching method that uses a Mind Movie that we create together. It’s like an online vision board that uses your personal affirmations. It enables you to visualize what your goal looks like. We clear away negative thoughts and behaviors and create new habits. 

Together we’ll develop a 90-day plan of Action!

I coach you through the whole method. We start with your most important goal.

A – What exactly do you want?

B – Why do you want this?

C- What are the challenges that are holding you back?

D – What would life be like after you reach this goal?

This process includes:

A - Developing good habits that serve you.

B - Eliminating bad habits that no longer serve you.

C - Develop Beliefs that will enable you to accomplish anything.

D - Eliminate Beliefs that hold you back!

There is extensive research supporting the success of this coaching process. The best results would be a program that would last 30 - 90 days, meeting twice a week for 50 - 90 minutes per session. This can include different aspects of your life, fitness, unique challenges, family, or work!
